I do dog therapy twice each month. Everyone from the director to the bath nurses couldn’t be kinder and respond to every patient’s requests. Memory care patients are treated with respect and expediency. Everyone in the building is happy to see the pups , and the pups-do their “assignment” with love and an occasional prohibited lick-kiss 😀

My mom recently stayed at this nursing facility, and we could not be more grateful for the care she received. From the moment she arrived, the staff was kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. The facility itself was always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, which gave our family peace of mind. The physical therapy team was excellent, knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in my mom’s progress. Nursing care and wound care were absolutely top tier; everything was handled with professionalism, compassion, and great attention to detail. It’s clear that this facility takes pride in the care they provide. We are incredibly thankful to the entire team and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for outstanding care for their loved one.

My experience at this short-term physical therapy facility was extremely disappointing. The admissions and case management staff come across as completely money-driven, with little genuine care or compassion for patients or their families. It felt like every decision they made was based on profit, not on what was best for the individual’s recovery or well-being. It’s disheartening to see someone in such an important role treat vulnerable patients and their loved ones with such disregard. Families deserve to feel supported during recovery, but instead, I felt dismissed and pressured. The clinical staff — nurses and CNAs — were the only redeeming part of this facility. The facility provided excellent support in my wife’s treatment for a vertebrae dislocation. The nursing services provided at the facility were exceptional. The facility coordination through her insurance provider returning her to the assisted living home went smoothly.
