The Hillcrest of North Dallas

Beautiful facility, and the staff is amazing. Please stop by and see for yourself if you are needing short or long term care. I was very impressed with, James the executive director and Derrick the clinical director who both took time to talk to me about the facility when I first visited. Misty the social worker is one of the nicest persons you will ever meet, I greatly appreciated her compassion and the help and assistance she provided.

My father went on a referral Short Term base care. Arrived and no one to attend to him at all. Was told he would share a room then we were taken to his trashy infested with nats and reaked of cigarette smell Room and i immediately requested another room. Then was taken to another one that was more even so. I then decided to just take him home. Where he then got I'll and had to return him back to UTSW. That place is not even suitable for the homeless. They are cleaner out there then in that place. The funny thing about it is the Nurse in charge had the athacity to ask me to give a good review. LMAO Sorry had to give one star in order to give review. It gets ZERO from me

I was a resident at Hillcrest of North Dallas recently. Initially I was concerned. Admittedly, some of the reviews were troubling... I had major surgery that led to complications. I needed skilled nursing aftercare. During the vetting process, my family and I expressed our concerns with Mr. Fields. We were reassured Hillcrest of North Dallas would provide competent and fully engaged aftercare. They did not fail. The Hillcrest's Stars: CNA Myleah, Nurse Innocent, Nurse Patience, Nurse Blessing, Nurse Olivia, Nurse Kay, Wound care Nurse Melanie "with the healing hands", Head of maintenance Mr. Jerry, Transportation Leroy, Aid Ms. Jina, Aid Ms. Ify and all the supportive Aids. My stay was a little over 3 weeks. I was given the tools to reacclimatize, support my therapy at home, and regaining

I’m always impressed by the friendliness and welcoming attitude of the staff from the entry to the caretakers in my sister’s room. They actually mention her by name when I come in so I feel like she’s a real person to them.

My grandfather is here and they don't respect his request. There second floor smells terrible, people using the wheelchairs wrong the nurses talking and not listening fully and talking to another nurses. -P.S please make sure your loved one is safe and comfortable and check on them call them or something KEEP THEM SAFE
