The Heights of League City

This facility has exceeded my expectations. From admissions (Hannah Rudder) to business office (Danielle) the nurses and CNA’s, all are wonderful and truly care for their residents. The facility is clean, recently renovated. The physical therapists are two of the best and are dedicated to helping the residents. Every day I visit him and there is always staff around who welcomes me, knows my dad and keep me informed. Knowing my father is in good hands helps me so very much because having him in a nursing facility is not a decision that was made lightly.

I love the coordinator Mrs. Provost from the moment I met her. Such a wonder person inside and out I love the entire energy she carries. I admire her and her teammates for so much effort they put in to make all the patients feel special. Took my client to have Thanksgiving Dinner tonight with his wife. I walked in the cafeteria area and it was well decorated. Everything looked lovely! It was something I didn't want to miss! The ENTIRE KITCHEN STAFF done an excellent job on preparing the meal, EVERYONE pitched in to help serve all families music was great and it was a wonderful feeling to be apart of.

I visited The Heights during the Christmas Holidays with my church group to spread a little holiday cheer. To my surprise, the facility atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The residents appeared to be clean and well groomed. We was greeted by a young lady from the activities team, who guided us through the visit. It was a blessing to be of service to this community. I walked away feeling blessed 🙏🏼

The League city facility is always so nice and clean! Everyone greets you when you walk into the door with a warm smile. They have recently made some updates inside and it really made the facility look nice. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking in the area.

I didn’t think anything would be more unsettling than sending my young children to daycare until I became a caregiver for my mom and now those same emotions are returning.. After 10 days in the hospital my mom was released in “fair” condition to the Heights for PT and OT. She was released on a Friday afternoon so her therapy wasn’t going to start until Monday or Tuesday.. She was being cared for by the weekend nurse and staff.. I can’t recall the nurses name but she is from Kingston, Jamaica and turned out to be an angel from God. She watched intently over my mom that weekend and on Sunday expressed her concern with her breathing all weekend. She didn’t get a response from the doctor so she made the call to send my mom to another hospital.. I am so grateful for her care, concern and her d
