A extraordinary experience. I brought my 81 yr old Aunt here she was extremely hesitant on getting hearing aids, but after talking to Lisa for a short time she was now excited to get them, even with happy tears. She didnt realize how bad her hearing actually was till the 1st appointment with her. Lisa explained everything so thoroughly we didnt have any questions she covered it all. She is amazing, Extremely knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and honest. I cannot express how much we enjoyed, yes I said enjoyed a medical appointment hahaha. We would recommend her to EVERYONE!!!!!

Lisa is very patient and takes her time to explain everything. I didn’t feel rushed or that my questions were trivial. She was very thorough and helpful. I’m experiencing an improvement. The confirmation email link for directions took me to a very different business on the clear other side of town. Called the number included in the email (a call center) to get the exact address and asked that she call to let Lisa know I might be a few minutes late, which she said she would do. When I asked Lisa if she got the call, she informed me that she has no phone there. How’s that for communication?

Lisa McNamara, our representative in Concord, Massachusetts, has given us excellent service as she helped us with new Signia hearing aids for my wife. She was uncommonly patient, took the time to explain the details of how Hearing Aids operate, and followed up two weeks later with a helpful second interview and check out of the new Hearing Aids. She is thoroughly professional, competent, and polite. A real credit to her employer.

Don't go here. Person I spoke with was unprofessional on the phone. The appointment was set for me by TruHearing who sent me reminders via text and email. No problem. On the Sunday before the Monday appointment, a person called my cell phone twice to discuss the appointment. He was extremely gruff and very unprofessional. It was at that point that I canceled the appointment.

Lisa was very helpful . Would Definitely Recommend. Keep up the good work!
