Was a first time patient here and worked with Lauren and Renee. They were both friendly, professional, and personalable. The appointment went quick and they provided me answers to all my questions and concerns. Bonus the office was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

Very aspect of dealing with the APDerm group in Marlboro, was and always is a first class experience. In this case, I was hoping to get in to see Dr. Ho urgently and between the customer support person on the phone, to the receptionist and of course, Dr. Ho, it couldn’t have been any better. Dr. Hi is fantastic and takes time to clearly explain and wants to make sure you understand before completing the appointment.

Lauren was very professional, personable, and able to answer all of my questions. She was pleasant and took her time to give me the treatment I needed. I didn't feel she was in a rush to just get on to the next appointment. Her assistant, Kayla was also wonderful and informative!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Williams for several years now and I really enjoy her and her staff and her expertise. Recently I started seeing Christina and she’s wonderful. The main lady that checks everyone in is very lovely and always very friendly. Today was a different experience at check-in and it was someone else that was there. I’m a little disappointed in how I was treated by her. I had a few questions about my bill. I should be able to speak to the receptionists with my questions. I just needed clarification but the lady kept saying we don’t do any billing. She never let me finish my questions. The care and concern during my surgical appt and flexibility of the care team to ensure I was comfortable was very appreciated during my procedure. Upon returning for my follow up to remove my sutures, both the receptionist and the nursing assistant removing my sutures were extremely helpful and kind.
