Absolutely loved this place!!!! Dr. Kara Linard was caring and so attentive to our needs and concerns. Her warmth and patience made my family and I feel cared, understood and supported. I brought my mother for a second opinion on her hearing diagnosis at another facility. Dr. Linard allowed for clarity, peace and direction for my mother and our entire family. Before coming to The Hearing Health Center of Houston my family and I were nervous and felt so at a loss. We left feeling at ease and hopeful. I have just received my new hearing aid today. Im loving everything about the new technology of this hearing. I would truly recommend you see, Kara Linard. I felt confident in her. She so nice, she listened she understand me. I would come back. I trust her!!! This hearing aid feels light. I didn't wear my old hearing aid it felt so uncomfortable and hot. I can see myself wearing my new hearing aid.

The team at Hearing Health Center of Houston, especially the receptionist and clinical audiologist Kara Linard, were absolutely amazing. They understood our situation, took us in right away, and had his hearing aids fixed in about 20 minutes. Their compassion, professionalism, and genuine care meant so much to us during a really difficult time. I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs hearing care!

Excellent hearing evaluation using the best technology, especially for hearing loss in noisy environments. Dr. Lenard is very familiar with my brand of hearing aids. Excellent staff support and very nice office space. They are the best (Sept 2025).

Where to even start, our little one was born HOH. We went through TCH originally but when it came time to get hearing aids and dealing with insurance they couldn't help us. We called over 90 businesses to get someone to take him at 5 months old. The Hearing Health Center was are last call and they were willing to get all his information and give us a call back once considering his specific needs. We were called back 4 hours later and they had already had his hearing aids on the way to their location and an appointment for us the following week. They didn't make us redo any of the testing and were willing to work with us. Our first appointment they knew us all by name and were like family right from the start.
