I am so grateful to Dr Andersen following my diagnosis of sensory neuro sudden hearing loss 2 years ago. Not only did she get me set up with a hearing aid to help me hear again but she was kind and caring supporting my emotions around the sudden loss of my hearing. I have recommended her to many family and friends.

Very anger right now at the staffs because I was supposed take my newborn son to hearing test because he was failed at the hospital twice and I did went to Kearney ENT they were full till October so they gave me information for Hearing Clinic and called them they are available for him and I came here and took him to appt and I was told that they can’t take his Medicaid. I was told they called me and emailed- I NEVER GOT PHONE CALL OR EMAIL! I am very pissed right now.

I became a patient at the Hearing Clinic about three years ago after being diagnosed with Meniere's. This inner-ear disorder has caused a lot of distress for me, especially in the first two years after diagnosis. Over the last three years, I have requested many, many hearing tests as my hearing fluctuates quite a bit. Dr. Andreason has been amazing in so many ways. Being diagnosed with an idiopathic disorder, sometimes my brain gets carried away since there is no definitive test that says, "Yes, you have Meniere's." Dr. Andreason always takes her time to answer my questions and reassure me about why the data on my audiograms points to Meniere's.
