Terrible experience with this "Lead" audiologist. We had great experience with Dr Sandler, but very disappointed with the staff and this leader that they have, VERY unprofessional, not sure how you can have a leader that has experience probably but lacks respect,kindness specially if my daughter is in front and having a bit of of touch of delicacy and humanity, we are talking about my daughter's hearing, not a dog that was not able to get a haircut, we drove 45 minutes instead of the office telling me yesterday that what we needed was not available. This is such a disappointment, because of a lead like Dr Pearl.

Dr. Sandler performed a thorough hearing test and fitted me with a great high end hearing aid. Upon his recommendation, I went from an “in the canal”, hearing device to a “behind the ear” and I couldn’t have been happier.. I strongly recommend the hearing center for your all your hearing needs..

The team at The Hearing Center, led by Dr. Eric Sandler, is unmatched for knowledge, service and dedication to patient satisfaction. They have proven time and again that they put my satisfaction as a top priority. When the manufacturer of my hearing aids had a few issues, the team at The Hearing Center really did all things possible to make it right for me and I highly recommend this practice to any one who has or feel they may have issues with their hearing.

I’m so happy with my experience at The Hearing Center. Dr Schechter was so great with figuring out my son’s hearing issues. She helped me with everything I needed in regards to paperwork for school to make him accommodations when this was so foreign to me. My son felt comfortable and she explained everything so well that he was basically a hearing aid pro by the end of his visit. The entire staff from reception to doctors was so nice and knowledgeable and I couldn’t be happier
