Dr Adam Shupe is absolutely phenomenal. He is very meticulous and precise about his work. He genuinely takes pride in his work. He thoroughly explained the best approach to care for my teeth. Not to mention he is a really cool guy. He absolutely saved my teeth. I had massive amounts of work done by him and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental care from here on out. The office staff is extremely friendly and the hygienist and dental assistants are top of the line. Thank you so much doctor Faktors.

After a lifetime of “dental phobia”, I ended up at Dr Faktor‘s office. Lisa the hygienist has completely changed my outlook on going to the dentist. Gentle, understanding, patient, and professional are the adjectives I would use to describe her. And I would say staff and the dentists too, make this a much better experience than I had prior to this practice. 100% recommend!

Doctor Adam Shupe is AMAZING! He is extremely thorough and comforting. He explains everything very well, sets a plan and executes it in a professional manner, and does it the RIGHT way. He fixed problems from previous dentists that over looked the main issues. On top of that, he listens to your concerns (which he points them out before you do so I know he’s doing a damn good job I don't even have to explain!) His front desk and staff are also extremely nice and accommodating from the door. You can tell it’s a great work environment. No attitudes or rudeness here, everyone is soooo sweet! & Shout out to everyone telling me I smelled so good! Lol The place itself is very clean, up to date (the updated technology is soo cool) and cozy lol feels like home! 1000% recommend!!!

Amazing results!!! I’m usually nervous about the dentist, but Dr.Faktor made the experience so easy and comfortable. Everyone was kind, gentle, and patient with me. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and I actually look forward to my next visit!
