The Grove at Greenville

My sister was there for rehabilitation after hospitalization. Her biggest complaint was the toilet seat being too low. That was resolved quickly, they placed a raised toilet seat on. The food was adequate and plentiful. Her stay was short and pleasant.

My step mother went in for respite care. The facility was clean with no odors. My step mothers clothes were changed every day. She was clean and provided with ice water at all times. The food smelled great. My Dad tasted it and said it was good! The nurses took excellent care of a wound she had on her foot. The hospice nurse said your team did an excellent job. Thank you Kadima!

I have been there recently and seen my mom. The place seems well kept and no bad urine smell like other facilities. The staff seemed very pleasant and hands on and answered most of my questions that they could and helped me get what my mom needed. The Only difficult part is when I'm calling to talk to my mom (they use a cordless phone) no one seems to answer at her nursing station 95% of the time. I understand they're short staffed and quite occupied with patients, howeverI live over 2 hrs away and it's extremely important .to reach my mom sometimes Overall, Staff thank you for opening up you're hearts to the care of my mom Joanne

Dont bring your loved one here unless you want them neglected. Theres a reason they have changed the name of this nursing home numerous times! I was up there every day and saw so many issues and violations not just with my loved one but with other residents as well and when I brought it to the nurse supervisor, she told me they are understaffed and cant meet the state standards. SHE SAID THAT!! I have walked the halls numerous times and have had to alert staff of falls, people calling for help, etc. Not just my loved one the residents too!! The dementia patients do not have special alarms or monitors. If your loved one is a fall risk, they will tell you like they told me that the best they can do is put a foam mat on the ground so if they fall out of bed, they land on an inch cushion inste

My father was here, recovering from femur surgery, as well as a simultaneous hip and knee replacement. He enjoyed his time here, (as much as one can recovering from such a surgery) and he really had no complaints after his stay!
