The best dental experience! The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and I barely had to wait. The hygienist was gentle and took great care in cleaning my teeth. Dr. Pat explained everything so clearly, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment.

The experience that I had here does not fit with the other reviews at all. We just moved to the area and were looking for a dentist and the reviews I read were good, so I gave a call. First and foremost, when I made the appointment, the receptionist was not pleasant. This concerned me, but we went through with scheduling. We had to wait 6 months for the appointment. We had 4 appts that were scheduled for the same afternoon. 3 at once and one a little later (whoever thought that was a good idea doesn't have 2 young children). We had an issue with my husband running late as he was called to a wildfire and the front desk receptionist was rushing me away from my two children and was short and rude with me. Manganello dentistry is the best in Mercer county , Dr Pat always makes sure I’m satisfied with the work he has done , and the assistant Kenzi is always smiling and very helpful !! Highly recommend

Called to see about scheduling a new patient appointment for a cleaning. The woman who answered the phone was rude, unprofessional and less than helpful. She laughed and stated we are booking in to November. When I asked if they had another recommendation in the area she laughed again and stated well you'll have to look around, I work here. So no availability to see new patients, and no recommendations for patients who CLEARLY have been looking and not having luck finding a dentist themselves.

Customer service has been rekindled and gone above and beyond wonderful. I stayed away from dentistry for over 10 years, but after being a patient at Dr. Manganello's office, twice a year will be no issue at all. The staff is excellent. The explanations of what is being done, needs to be done, and the overall office experience is more than you could hope for. 5 stars is just not a high enough rating. Excellence in dentistry and making a patient feel at ease is shown beautifully here. A+++++++++
