Was here to receive IV antibiotics for 11 days 3 times a day, always on time with care. Also received excellent physical therapy in their really active gym everyone was fully involved, from residents to staffers. The CNA’s were always there to help with any issues. Mother in law treated with total and utter disregard for her contractual requirements/agreements with this company. My 93 year old mother in law informed via phone while she was on a leave of absence from her facility that the private room that she had signed up for was going semi private and she would have a roommate when she returned from sitting Bedside from her 92 year old husband who fell and broke his hip in another facility owned by this company. THIS incident would be a minus 5 Stars if that option was available.

I was visiting my family member everyday. to make sure everything was fine, he was there for nearly 10 days. I wanted to give them a chance as I heard not such good news about this place. Serves me right for not listening. On day ten, my family member was left in bed all day, curtains not even drawn , dark room with a gown on in a wet bed till 5pm meanwhile he is not mobile mute and incapable of surviving without help. I immediately removed him out of there. I suggest if you love your family as I do. Do not let them stay there unless you go see them everyday ugh!!
