The Graceful Smile Dental

By far the worst experience with a dentist. They’re practically hungry for any penny they can access. Any minor dental imperfection is immediately considered a cavity without explanation or even examining the tooth, and of course they lie and never actually tell you that they labeled several things as cavies. Nothing is ever talked about with the patient. Left the first appointment being told I had only ONE cavity. Come back to find out they drill multiple holes in my mouth and I’m apparently scheduled for quite literally a dozen more fillings. When I addressed the misinformation, the dentist acted stunned as if that never had happened. By the third appointment, the dentist doesn’t even touch or examine one of my teeth and just states that I suddenly have another cavity on the front of it.

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Syeda Huq. She pulled so hard on the side of my mouth during a filling that my skin tore. Everything I had done at Graceful Smile had to be redone by another dentist just weeks later. I would not recommend going here.

Dr. Baez is the most professional, knowledgeable, caring, honest dentist I have ever been too. Her work and skills are exceptional!! I have never been to a dentist that walks me out to the waiting room after my appointment and thanks me for coming in. It is very obvious that she cares about each and every one of her patients. She is moving to CA which is a great loss to this practice and patients. Good luck Dr. Baez in CA. You are amazing!!!

Called Monday right before closing, Bailee squeezed my 80 year old father in on Wednesday morning. He said that the office was very clean, receptionist was very friendly, the female dentist was nice, easy to understand, explained that he needed an extraction ASAP. As he was a new patient, they didn’t have experience with his medical history, so to be safe they would need his blood inr (?) before proceeding. As his primary care physician does not monitor that (due to his medications) the dentist called in an antibiotic for my dad, and gave him a referral to Dr. Radecki (FABULOUS oral surgeon in Saline, Mi). Great dentist that does very great work, but the scheduling is way off at this office, i’ve been waiting months for a single cavity, when it comes down to this specific cavity appointment my appointment gets rescheduled or something happens, i’m in emergency pain and had to switch my dentist because i physically can’t wait months for cavity fillings. If the rescheduled appointment was like a week out i can work with that, but it’s hard to tolerate cavity pain when your appointment gets pushed a month out each time, when medicaid can cancel at any second.
