It’s a nice small space, Rachel used a diffuser for the ambiance as well as some anti-inflammatory oils for the massage. If she felt a lot of tension in a spot she would confirm with me that I was feeling that. It felt very individualized to what I needed.

Maria is amazing at therapeutic massage. She can pinpoint problem areas and work on them to release the pain. She listens to you and makes you feel comfortable. Her cranial massage was amazing
