The Glow Up Beauty Bar

I went to this shop twice after making an appointment on instagram and she wasn’t there twice. I drove 3 hours one way 2 different times for no reason. My coworker had a good experience so I wanted to make sure I got my eyebrows there because she did a good job on her and I didn’t want to take a chance with someone else but now anyone but her. Very rude! Plus, the hallway looked very dirty.

Dejah is the absolute best all of my appointments were always pleasant and done in a timely manner. Always comfortable while getting my brow touch up!!

This girl is extremely unprofessional. Do not use her services. As a matter of fact she’s so unprofessional you won’t get serviced. She’ll allow you to make appointments with her and will not confirm whether or not she’s available and if you show up, she’s unavailable. She won’t answer your calls or text messages. If I could giver her negative stars, I would. I barely give reviews but when someone is this unprofessional I have to. She has done this to multiple people on multiple occasions I have heard and don’t know how she’s still in business.

Completely unprofessional. Do not return calls, texts, or emails. Rarely answer her phone. Wants you to pay upfront but does not confirm appt? Poor communication with clients. I do not recommend. Check Yelp reviews. Do not confuse with Glow Up Beauty "Spa."

I highly recommend The Glow Up Beauty Bar. Dejah was very professional, she kept me informed of the process while she was performing my eyebrow service. I felt so comfortable , actually dozed off a couple of times. I absolutely love my eyebrows.
