Giant Pharmacy

I give them 5 stars because the manager at the pharmacy and Lisa and another young lady who’s been there forever are wonderful. What I’d give a ZERO star to is management above them , they give them no help . When You only have one pharmacist and one Tech to fill prescriptions, give shots, answer the phone , answer questions and input all info in the computer is insane . That’s called abusing folks , it’s totally unacceptable. Yesterday two of them tried doing everything , they never once got mad , continued to apologize and it was no fault of there’s they have no help . Come on Giant corporate stop abusing and using your people 😡.

There must have been a recent staff change. I've always been able to get through to the pharmacy and get all of my issues resolved. Now the phone just rings and when someone answers, it's a young lady that sounds like she has better things to do...then she'll leave you on hold so long she forgets. They've gotten as bad as the CVS up the street.

I moved actross town last year. I tried to have my prescriptions moved from the CVS I used to live near, to a Giant Pharmacy near my new residence. Five tries later I keep getting calls from CVS saying they have filled my prescriptions and I have to drive across town to get them, while the Giant Pharmacy workers just scratch their heads. Each time I explain the situation and even watch them write down the address and phone number of my old CVS. I don''t know what else to do other than take my business elsewhere.

Train cashiers or hire workers that aren't standing in aisles gossiping while lines are in aisle. Well groomed and capable staff is customer service.

Came here and the cashier got me a cart by the time I got to my vehicle on this cold and windy day I had a helpful young man assisting me with my groceries!! Very clean neat and organized the parking is always convenient!!
