My wife is there now. First day was beyond horrible for her. I know new people in new places usually take 24 to 48 hours to get things dialed in. This is day 4. Things are still not anywhere near where they should be. She has pretty limited mobility. Has severe incontinence. The rooms are not bad but the shared bathroom thing isn't ideal. Yes there are locks on the bathroom doors however we're talking about frail, infirm and elderly folks..not a great situation. My wife uses the call button to go to bathroom, in three instances 2+ hours she's sat in wet pull-ups and wet clothing. We requested a purewick at home system. Something her insurance will cover. They declined. She's asked for her prescribed pain meds...4 and 5 hours and multiple requests to multiple people before she g

My grandmother is a patient here, and has recieved horrendous care. She fell onto the floor and they LEFT HER there for 2hrs. They ignored the call light and tried convincing us that she was confused. And thats not the only time they have ignored her and others call lights. The CNAs here a extremely neglectful- taking breaks and leaving patients thag are obviously out of it in the hall, not providing the correct feedings for patients, ignore cries for help for HOURS (my grandma called me and I heard this myself). Please, please, please dont send your family here. They will be neglected and abused.

My wife has been in 4 stilled nursing facilities since here fall in March of 2024. This facility is far and away the best, most compassionate facility she has been in.

My aunt is a resident in the memory care unit and she is treated very well by the staff. I am kept up with any and all concerns that they have regarding her care. This place is 100% better then the place she was at in Franklin Mn. She is always clean, her clothes are clean, her food is good and the facility is very nice. I am thankful that she was able to get a spot there.

I called and left 2 messages and filled out the information form and no one got back to me. Finally someone named Christine called and when I asked for information, she transferred me to someone else. I gave her my email and asked for information about the different types of assisted and senior living spaces and pricing and I still haven't gotten any information. I guess they don't want any new residents.
