Mille Lacs Veterinary Clinic at Foley

The staff is great! They are willing to go the extra mile to take care of my four legged kids. They AI my mare which took a few appointments that was extremely time sensitive! Thanks to the team at Mille Lacs Vet!

I have been going here for over 10 years, but moving to another vet. The schedule is so far out, no spots to deal with more urgent care type needs. Tired of waiting over 30 minutes past my scheduled time to see the vet. My vaccination record had the wrong due date and was a pain to call and correct. After my appointment waited 20 minutes or so to pay. Customer service needs to be improved. I won’t be returning.

I really want to like this vet, and we have had some decent experiences but... Except for the first time I came in, I have had to wait at least 30 minutes every time. I guess I don't need to take my vacation to get to an appointment on time anymore... The most recent visit, people that came in 30 minutes after I did when I was early got seen. There were at least five techs plus other staff, though they claimed, to me only, to be short-staffed. It also never seems super friendly. Hopefully they can get it together in the near future.

The staff here are so kind, and always very helpful. The techs and vets are also very knowledgeable and personable. They are great with pets and just great at what they do! Thank you Just want to add how kind and caring everyone was lately as well when my dog was sick and got me in, they really were personally concerned and its hard to find that kind of person or place. Thank you for helping us.
