The Gardens at Easton

This place is deplorable, dirty , staff does not wear gloves , use hand sanitizer . To get any help it was such a big deal , attitude from some of the nurses and aides . I have witnessed such awful care of my sister starting from her urine in her Foley catheter not looking good , to her having trouble breathing. Well she was admitted on 1/9/26 and died on 1/21/26 due to sepsis . This place is so sad don’t put anyone in there . We did not have a choice she was placed there coming from rehab . I feel so bad for those patients in there I saw so much in the short time that my sister was in there and it was only 10 days , she was admitted on 1/19/26 due to being in septic shock ! So sad !!!

My brother was here for respite for two weeks. He loved it here. He had lots of fun and enjoyed all the staff. They were very kind and caring. Thank you for helping us be able to go away without worrying about his care.

Very dirty and unprofessional staff. They leave patients unattended. The don't setup their meals. They don't check or change or bathe the patients. They leave them dirty until you show up and complain. They don't make up or change the patient's beds! This is a horrible place!!! It smells like urine, this place has mold on the windows and bugs.

A special nursing home. They do the best with what they have. The staff are kind and they do what they can. The nurses are also kind and do what they can. I appreciate the care they give. The director is sweet, kind and knowledgeable and she is trying to change things. She and he assistant are the best!

I have a friend there now. Filthy floors .Left in dirty clothes. Cloths were brought for her. Not returned going on 3 days and counting.. Called repeatedly no answer no assistance. Soiled herself. She has awful time walking. Thank God a friend was there to help. How is this place still open ???? No way they passed state inspection! I love this one approximately 30 folks on the floor no phones or TVs in room . The one cordless phone for 30 people to use. Family cannot talk to their to loved one in Easton Garden. I spent 100 for phone and minutes! Repeated calls for help no one shows. Again why are they opened????
