I saw Dr Fitzhugh and the staff was great; however, I was questioning the front office staff and the department that does prior authorizations for surgery, but after many phone calls and the staff finally being able to coordinate with my insurance, I was finally approved for surgery. Also, if your deductible is not met, they will collect their portion at the time of service. Some doctor offices bill your insurance first and the patient after the claim has processed, but you will be paying at time of service. So, that’s something to be considered if your deductible is not met. Otherwise, my follow up appointments have been great!

Nothing against the owner BUT One of your employees just called my business today and because we no longer offer a class SHE decides to become disrespectful advising to me remove it from our website (which its not listed at all) and hangs up in my face without allowing me to explain. Please work on your customer service and maybe your ratings will be better. And be mindful where you are calling from as well. The doctor was good and quick but going though the other processes are a little irritating. None of the passwords and login attempts work to view my child's chart. Months later needed a doctor's note stating she was there on the day they have recorded in their records. But I can't get a paper note🤨. Even though I called and they said they had a paper note in case I couldn't get into the app. Gave me her chart info but it has too much of her info on it to show and no signature from a doctor.

Went to this ofc 1/26, receptionist was cordial, had to wait 45 mins before seeing Dr. But Dr Jeremiah Thomas was very nice and helpful. Took time with X-rays explain to me everything that was going on. Had good visit

After checking in, I sat waiting to be seen for an hour. When confronted regarding when I would be seen, the office staff had placed my information to the side. It had never been given to anyone to alert them I had checked in. When I asked why it was in a separate section, I got no response. I was then advised that I had to pay $150 for my AFO before I would be seen. The AFO was picked up three weeks earlier and I was never told that my insurance would not cover all of the cost nor had I received a bill. Even though they failed to advise me I would have a balance and had never sent a bill, they refused to allow me to be seen unless I paid. I told them to send me an itemized bill and left! I will definitely be changing podiatrists. This is my second time dealing with their office manager.
