The Floating Hospital Pharmacy

Since I arrived here, they have been understanding and very professional. Sometimes the wait time is long, but they treat you very well. Even my teeth have improved thanks to their dental department. I am very happy. They also use an app where you can enter your problem and they will automatically and interactively send and schedule an appointment with your doctor.

I have a complaint about Daphne if in fact that's her real name because she lies.shes a receptionist at front desk on second floor I had been calling for 2 days to speak to my doctor to ask an important question about a certain medication called cholest off plus for my high cholesterol she's more into going back and force with clients rather than directing me to my nurse.my health is more important than you Ms daphne.maube u need training on how to satisfy customers.this is ridiculous

I am beyond disgusting and disappointed about the treatment I receive from this pharmacy. The African American person who works there her attitude is disgusting. The clinic is nice and my doctor too but I will not come back to get my medication from this pharmacy we don't deserve to be treated this way. She always speaks very disgusting to a Spanish speaking lady in front of me when I was waiting for my turn. Every time I comes she very unpleasant like we bother her too much. If you don't like your job go find somewhere else where you can work for. So disappointed!!!

I absolutely love and adore this office!!! I have never had a problem!! The people who works here are simply wonderful!! My Doctor is so understanding and caring!! They really care about everyone and they show it!! I love this office!!!!!!!
