Julian does amazing body work and active stretching. Unlike any type of body work or massage I’ve ever experienced. Excellent at diagnosing what areas need deep tissue work and stretching to release activated muscles that are all interconnected to where the primary issue appears to present. Extremely effective at increasing flexibility and reducing pain. Highly recommended.
