Dr. Orr and his staff are so kind and courteous. I brought my elderly mother in and they were very patient and respectful. Dr. Orr was also thorough and careful as my mom has diabetes which can cause specific damage to her retinas. And the cost for the exam and two new pairs of glasses was less than when we went through Costco in the past. I highly recommend Lamorinda Optometry.

The in-store experience was excellent. The staff were pleasant and professional. The selection of frames more than adequate. Look forward to getting my new glasses in 2 weeks.

Lamorinda Optometry is the absolute best, and the whole office consistently goes above and beyond for our family. My family has bad and complicated eyes, and they helped my 9‑year‑old get into contacts with so much patience and encouragement. Dr. Yu takes time to explain what she is seeing and what it means, and all of the support staff have been awesome — kind, organized, and professional — which makes me feel genuinely confident about my eye health. Very helpful! I have needed small tweaks in bending my new glasses frames multiple times. I have been able to stop in when I'm nearby and always gotten help without a long wait. The optometrists are very good and willing to explain the significance of what they are doing in an eye exam if you are interested.

Lamorinda optometry is a very professional and welcoming business. I took my glasses that had come apart into their store to see if they could be repair. They did not hesitate to repair them to be “good as new” and without a charge. It does not get better than this! Thank you!!!
