The Falls Pediatrics PLUS Urgent Care

We brought our 4 month old in on a Sunday due to her being sick. The nurse was very kind, and sweet with our girl. The doctor was amazing. He was so thorough, kind, and funny. He explained things so well, and even came back to talk to use about other concerns. 10/10 recommend, and I will be back if we need weekend services.

12/27/25. My son has been popping a fever off and on, runny nose of a night and a productive cough. 2 times now we have been called while on the way to the appointment just for them to tell us to take him to the ER…………. THATS NOT WHAT THE EMERGENCY ROOM IS FOR!!!!!!! Falls Pediatrics……… PEDIATRICS!!! Told us that it could be spinal meningitis…. And that the ER could do a “full panel” including a lumbar puncture if needed. If flu like symptoms points towards meningitis then dear god help us all who have kids with flu like symptoms. If you’re scared to treat or assess a child then find another profession. Telling someone to go to the Emergency Room wether than come to you, where you specialize in the field of pediatrics is scary. Sending them to the ER is just exposing kids to more, especial

I was recommend from my family Dr to bring in my 4 week old if I had any concerns over the weekend. As the weekend approached, I ended up booking a reservation spot for a Saturday morning. However, the sweet Dr from this office personally called me Friday evening and wanted me to voice my concern. He was very personable, compassionate, and informative on how to care for my little one. He really went the extra mile and It meant a lot. I can’t thank you enough! I will be referring others to this practice! Thank you and May God continue to bless you and this practice!!!

I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review, but this was beyond frustrating. The person handling calls and appointments is shockingly incompetent and unprofessional. She the call on speakerphone without warning, clearly has no idea how to do her job, and is undoubtedly rude. Dealing with her was an absolute ordeal, completely unacceptable

They have clearly worked really hard over the past several years to improve access to care, quality of staff, and overall efficiency. We were in and out and about 75 minutes and this included numerous tests to diagnose my daughter. The nurses and doctors were unbelievably kind, though, and explains things along the way. It was honestly one of the best pediatrician experiences we've had.
