RiverCrest Medical Park PLUS Urgent Care

Usually super healthy. 25, got Noravirus, at the time I had no idea what was going on, my grandfather took me here when I was at the worst stage and felt like I was dying. Nurses was laughing in back while other patients were in the waiting room. When we finally got to the front desk I was told there was no nurse practioner there to prescribe any kind of medicine or prescriptions. Like what's even the point of this place? If I stumbled in dying, I dont even think they'd have the knowledge to save me. Also check out AFC Hickory, their reviews says it all best and most friendly and efficient urgent care around by far.

I can’t say enough good things about the care I received from Mr. David Propst today. He showed a level of sincerity and empathy that is almost unheard of anymore. He gave honest advice, but presented in a way that a friend would tell you, and he genuinely cared about my health and what happens after the visit. He sets the standard for what healthcare should feel like, what healthcare should be, and this establishment should really consider themselves very lucky to have him on their care team. I am incredibly grateful to have been seen by him. The standard he sets is the kind that truly impact people and makes a difference in the best way.

Went in New Year's Eve evening at last appointment before closing and although the staff were tired, they were absolutely amazing! The doctor was wonderful with my son and the longest part was waiting for the results of the flu test!

It says Urgent Care on the building but after asking further questions we found they charge for ER visit. They run some tests and send my son to the actual Emergency Room anyway. Now we have an ER bill for an urgent care and then the actual ER bill. Save yourself money and time and skip this place.

We seen David Propst today for our little 5 year old girl. He was fantastic. Took them time to provide excellent care and was very personal. He made our little girl very comfortable. Thank you for such great care.
