If I can give this place negative star’s I will. The social worker here is terrible. My dad was neglected and she did not have his best interest at heart along with the other patients. If your love one is getting discharged which not many people make it because they become homeless, make sure you coordinate their care and services don’t depend on the social worker to do anything! I caught her in serval lies. I usually don’t do reviews but don’t make the mistake that I did by sending your love ones here you will regret it.

sticky floors in my mom's room when i visited, said she had trouble walking. I told the nurses at the desk, they didn't move. I said i guess i'll clean it. They pointed at the bleach wipes & told me the mop was locked & only maintenence had access- ew 🙄 but what about accidents??? So i grabbed paper towel and wet with soap & water. hand cleaned & dried the floor myself.

Staff was really attentive and helpful and put your needs first

The Estates of chateau Should be shut down!! The staff sucks and treat their patients like dirt unless you bow down to them, the food i wouldn't give to a dog and the house keeping is little to none. I wouldn't let an annimal stay there it's that BAD.
