The Doctors' Office Urgent Care of Manalapan, NJ

Very nice office, very clean and tidy. The waiting room and the examination room, were Meticulous. The staff were extremely kind , respectful, helpful & friendly. The woman who worked at the front desk, checking you in to the medical assistant and finally the doctor were all extremely Patient, nice And efficient. . No long wait! Highly recommend! To be honest nowadays, you don’t find all those qualities anywhere in doctors/ldental offices, Customer Service representatives to grocery store, employees, etc. nowadays. They were a breath of fresh air and extremely happy I picked that urgent care to go to today

Very easy to set up my appointment online. I felt the doctor was very thorough and took her time asking questions and then diagnosed my issue. The office promptly connected with my pharmacy to prescribe my medications. I would definitely recommend the practice.

Doctor and assistant very knowledgeable and thorough! I didn’t have to wait. Got in quickly. I felt much better when I left. Very kind and welcoming I would definitely go back!

Poor initial impression. The staff was definitely friendly, but I checked in and waited nearly two hours to be seen by the doctor. I understand they're busy, but people who arrived later without an appointment were seen before me, as well. Honest mistakes happen, but two hours of me feeling miserable there just to get a cursory examination and a prescription for Flonase was... not ideal.

Zero professional and empathy. Had me take a flu test and was left in the room for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes an assistant comes and says I have to take the same test again without an explanation or some kind of accountability saying sorry the other one didn’t work or wasn’t taken properly just to make sure we wanted to take another etc! She swabs my nostrils and leaves me again. Before she left I had asked for a cup of water and that never came. The provider finally walks in after another 15 minutes with a mask in her hand saying I have influenza. They treated me like I’m diseased without the professional and regards for my time. No care, front desk and the nurses laughing out loud , joking and stuff when a few patients are sitting out in the waiting area. When I was there there were
