The front desk staff is warm and friendly, and the waiting room is clean and comfortable. The check-in process was quick and easy. I was a walk-in and was seen relatively quickly. The provider was straightforward and addressed my immediate concerns. I appreciated the feedback, routine care instructions, and suggestions. Overall, I am very satisfied with my visit and look forward to returning for follow-up care.

1pm appointment was scheduled and I arrived early. I received a thank you for your visit but was never seen. As I was still waiting to be seen I was asked @1:17pm if I wanted them to charge me now for my co payment. When asked if I was going to be seen by 130pm since my appointment was for 1pm. I was told they do not know how long the wait would be so I wish to reschedule. I am so confused, as to why I have an appointment but no one has called my name. As a health care provider I believe patients time is valuable and communication is the key. This place is very lacking. At 1:30pm no update I am leaving.

I had an appointment in the Valley Stream Office on January 7 at 5:10 PM with Doctor Umar Sheikh. I am a nurse so I work sometimes late hours, so that’s why I specifically make the appointment late. This particular day one of my nurses came in late so I had to stay an extra five minutes I the dermatology place to speak to a representative and told them that I will be 10 minutes late. She said no problem. There’s a grace period for the time. Thank you for calling. We will let the doctor know. I got there exactly 10 minutes late. Spoke to the girls at the front desk they told me that the doctor is not going to see me because I’m late. I think that is an extreme disappointment being that I also work in a healthcare field. I go above and beyond for my patients So it’s very difficult to hear t

The staff was so good and friendly. I love the way doctor Esther Chong listens and give me advises. No parking issues. Highly recommended 🫶🏻

First time coming here and I had such a wonderful experience. The place is so clean, so warm and the staff was very professional, very accommodating and so nice. Not to mention a less than 10 minute wait time. Dr. Christopher Busapavanij was excellent. He really took his time to assess my condition and concerns. Definitely my new dermatologist from now on.
