My first time there the staff is amazing very polite Ms.J she was very helpful at the front desk the doctor assistant Ms E she was very understanding to why I was there Dr. Jessica she saw the problem and knew exactly what I needed to do thanks again everyone keep up the amazing work p.s the office is very clean 👍🏾 👏 😊

I went to this location today as a walk-in for light therapy, a service I have received here multiple times. I was told the light therapy machine was not working due to flooding, which was already frustrating since it has been about a week of the machine being unavailable. I calmly asked if I could sit inside briefly to call an Uber, as I had already spent money to get there. I was allowed inside, but the front desk clerk immediately became hostile, repeatedly asking if my Uber had arrived and insisting on closing the door. What confused me was that the office was clearly not closed. She remained inside the office with her daughter, with all the lights turned off, sitting in the dark and not actively seeing patients or closing the space. I needed a walk in visit before work for an issue I’ve been dealing with. I didn’t think I’d really been seen so quickly but I thought I’d take the chance since they were two blocks away. The receptionists were welcoming and friendly. The waiting area was clean and well lit. After inquiring into walk in availability the check in process so easy and I appreciate the speed at which I was seen. The doctor has a pleasant manner, a nice smile and was easy to express my concerns with. I am satisfied with my diagnosis and look forward to my follow up in a few weeks. I’ll be seeing her for other maintenance issues in the future.
