Overall very professional and friendly staff. The place is clean and organized. The wait time was great I was seen quick and the provider Priya Singh was very nice and understanding of my needs. She was very helpful in finding solutions that work for my concerns. I had a positive experience during my appointment. I recommend this location!

Karen Akuffo at the Parkchester location is so thorough and nice! I went there for a full body scan and I felt so comfortable. She explained every blemish to me and answered every question I had. She has gained a returning patient as long as she is at this location. I definitely recommend her to patients looking for a non rushed office visit. This location is also very clean and you are greeted as soon as you walk through the door.

I usually visit the Greenwich location and have never had an issue. As soon as I walked in today I greeted the receptionist and received no response. I stood at the desk for about 2 minutes while she ignored me and just stared at her computer screen. I look over and see there is a sign at the end of the desk that says to be seated and they will then check you in so I ask “hi would you like me to sit down until you’re ready” the receptionist looks up at me, rolls her eyes and says “yes” then looks back down at her screen. Once I sat down she proceeded to move the sign directly in front of her computer. Another patient walked in after me and the same thing happened, she walked in said hello wasn’t acknowledged and when she noticed the sign she asked if she should sit and the receptionist ver
