I saw a professional, welcoming, and outstanding doctor for my annual skin checkup. I can highly recommend this spot. I am always happy to have my skin checked. This place is amazing. The Skin Cancer Foundation reports that "1 in 5 Americans will develop skin cancer by the age of 70. More than 2 people die of skin cancer in the U.S. every hour. Having 5 or more sunburns doubles your risk for melanoma. When detected early, the 5-year survival rate for melanoma is 99 percent."

Great customer service , as a client I could feel the passion that the staff had for working in that field, by the amount of respect they shown me during my first visit was outstanding, my self esteem has been down dealing with this acne process and it’s like the staff understood my concerns and feelings they took the time to really listen to my problems and feelings about how my appearance bothered my mood causing me to shut the world out. I really thank the doctor and staff for making me feel welcomed and contributing to helping me gain my self-esteem back. Pros: Doctor Lipoff is friendly and sympathetic to the ridiculous, over-the-top requirements placed on patients who want acutane treatment. His handouts on different acne treatments were informative. Cons: The scheduling system makes me want to tear my hair out. They rely on various uses of AI that do nothing to make the system useful. This includes: 1) When you call customer service to talk to a person, you're connected to "Ana," an AI that pretends to be a real person. You go through your long explanation, deal with the back-and-forth of talking with a robot, realize you're talking to a robot who can't help you because it has been pre-programmed to respond to maybe 6 possible prompts, and have to demand to speak to a real person and start all over again. 2) They can never seem to figu

This was my second visit and the staff there are friendly, and caring. The facility is very clean comfortable.. a warm environment. And they care about you not just as a patient but treat as a human with respect and dignity. Today Deisha (if I'm spelling her name correctly) nurse practitioner... She definitely get five stars. Very knowledgeable and she definitely addressed got to the root of my problems...she worked on it and got big results (without me going into details). I wish I had taken a picture of it). I'm overjoyed with excitement with today's results. Let me add, the medical assistants are wonderful. The Providers are great 👍🏽 👍🏽 👍🏽

I can only attest to my appointment. And, um, well.......🤔🤔 IT was AMAZING!!!! I initially scheduled myself for a morning appointment, life happened and I needed to reschedule and lucked up and received another appointment later that day. From the receptionist, decor, nurse assistant to the Nurse Practitioner everything was stellar!! NP Dajah Martin is exactly who I needed!! She's very down to earth and a great listener!
