Wait time was less than 5minutes. The receptionist was very helpful with filling out the forms needed for my son’s appointment. Dr. Chan was very knowledgeable and fast. They have late afternoon appointments which is great..

I’ve had a very good experience with both the doctors I’ve seen. Stephanie is very friendly and pays attention to detail. Lets you explain yourself and shows interest in what you re saying making you feel comfortable and heard. They both do! I’m just more familiar with Stephanie since I’ve seen her more times. The whole staff in general is very welcoming and nice. Front desk girls are very friendly and helpful and the assistants are pacient and professional . I would 100 % recommend!

I have used TDS in the past in Brooklyn and was very satisfied with my care there. So when I saw there was a location near where I live now in the Bronx I was happy to go back. This location is really great and stands out in my opinion. The staff is SO nice, and the space is super clean and modern with really captivating art pieces on the wall. I haven’t experienced long waiting times and Stephanie the NP is awesome! She knew what I needed (a simple allergy patch test) and she was able to authorize it with my insurance quickly and I walked out with it on that day. As a New Yorker it is really nice to get what you want when you want it haha. So I really appreciate that staff here for all being so helpful, from the front desk to the medical assistants.
