I had a fantastic experience at this medical office. The doctors and staff are absolutely amazing—very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The place itself is beautiful, clean, and feels incredibly safe. The staff are all very nice; however, the receptionist could benefit from some better monitoring and control. At times, her behavior is a bit rude, which is surprising since she is the first point of contact. With a bit of improvement there, it would be a five-star experience all around.

This place basically scammed me. They claimed I had a co-insurance balance from a previous visit but when I provided proof of explanation of benefits from that date of service, (which stated that I had NO co-insurance charge), they still disagreed and said it’s a coinsurance charge and refused to give me my money back. Also, you cannot be seen unless BILLING approves, and there is no direct contact to billing. You have to rely on a ticket message and hope they get back to you. I would NOT go here again.

I Normally do not write reviews but in this instance I felt the need to make an exception. Today was me and my daughter's first day at this location and I was greeted horribly by some front lady receptionist with braces and bad attitude, who was to busy on her phone ( ear pod ) sucking her teeth and chewing her gum rather than saying good morning or even acknowledging me or my daughter’s existence. She proceeds to yell excuse me instead of politely saying sir and calling me over. she then decides to let me know of an issue that has nothing to with me but more an administration issue. She continues to have us wait for 30 mins while talking on the phone to one of her friends about my situation without my consent right in front of me.
