I had an amazing experience at The Dermatology Specialists. From the moment I walked in, everything was smooth and welcoming. Provider Sophia Mizrah was absolutely wonderful — very professional, knowledgeable, and truly caring. She took her time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident with the treatment plan. She never rushed the visit and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care for her patients truly set her apart. This is the worst place when it comes to customer service! To be clear, the doctors are excellent and very attentive.🩷 But the front desk staff sees you coming and acts like you're wasting their time instead of providing the service they're obligated to give... It's worth noting that the front desk supervisor witnessed the attitude of one of her employees, who treated me and my children as if we were asking her to do something outside of her job with a terrible attitude! The supervisor witnessed the entire incident, and the only thing she could tell me was to go somewhere else if I didn't feel comfortable with that front desk employee! I told her that she should go work somewhere else, that I wasn't going to stop coming here because I hadn't done anything wrong to anyone.

I was recommended this place by a friend and I scheduled an appointment online. When I attended my appointment, it went very smoothly. The front desk was very helpful and pleasant, as well as the doctor that attended me. I was able to voice my concerns and I got what I wanted and more. Highly encourage anyone to give this place a shot for your needs.

I am very pleased the services I am being provided with now & from my very first day of coming in as a walk-in patient a month ago. My assigned dermatologist “MOLLY” was absolutely amazing! She made me feel completely comfortable, seen, heard and understood what my concerns were as far as what treatment options would be beneficial to me & was 100% attentive to my care! From my very first visit with her & conversation in regards to what medications I’ve had in the past with other dermatologists & what medications I had been prescribed that didn’t help me and how I’d ask or suggest to them that we’d try but they would always have a reason as to why I wasn’t eligible for ; yet when I asked her if we could try “MOLLY” was more than willing & eager to say “OK LET’S GIVE IT A SHOT & SEE IF IT’LL
