Professional and welcoming staff. I was seen quickly and my concerns were addressed. I only deducted one star because the doctor didn't accept my insurance which was a bit misleading from what I'd read upon making my appointment. I'll certainly be back.

Two stars because prior experiences were good. I called to see if they offered a specific procedure. The receptionist placed me on hold to check with one of the dermatologists. When she returned, she said that they offered the non-surgical version of the procedure, which is specifically what I wanted. I asked to make sure that the BedStuy location would be able to accommodate the procedure. She said yes. I made an appointment for a consultation. At the consult, I was told that they only offered a surgical option. When I expressed annoyance that I had been given contradictory information, the practitioner responded that there was no record of my call. She was defensive, did not apologize, and did not offer a refund. I spoke to the receptionist about getting a refund, and she mentioned that
