Great experience with the providers. They are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Calling in to the office for a legitimate concern following my office visit was an entirely different experience. You know that feeling when you’re on the phone with someone and you can tell they’re rolling their eyes and are very annoyed? That’s the feeling I had before I even told her my DOB. Perhaps pursuing a career where you don’t have to “deal with people” is a better option.

I had a poor experience here. I had an appointment in Dec 2024 and scheduled a yearly follow up for Dec 23, 2025. I received 2 text Dec 22, 2025 reminding me of my appointment. One at 10:35am and one at 5:03pm. I took time off of work to travel 30 mins to their office only to find them closed (Springboro) I never received a call or text stating appointment had been canceled and tried to call their office several times only to be on hold for 20 + minutes and no answer. This is very poor customer service and a waste of others time and not the first time it has happened. Same thing happened to my daughter, same office.

The care I have received at the Dermatology Group has always been great. Unfortunately, my last visit, the billing department was not flexible in working with my insurance to get the benefit I was eligible to receive from insurance. I will be looking for another provider.

I had a poor experience here. I was on accutane and could not get an appointment or get in contact with anyone to get my next prescription which lead me to having to stop the medication completely. Not being able to get in contact with the staff happened multiple times not only to me but to many of my friends. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I saw Dr. Usmani back in Dec 2025, who was very friendly and personable. However, she misdiagnosed the 3mm mucocele on my lip and thought it was a pyogenic granuloma. I had my doubts during the appointment when she suggested shaving the bump down since I had already done some research and read online that mucoceles had to be surgically excised if they didn't self-resolve--but decided to trust her input as she's a derm and I was armchair diagnosing myself. Well, the in-office procedure took 5 min and went smoothly. Unfortunately, I was right and the bump on my lip returned about a week after being shaved down. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Thankfully this wasn't a more serious case (as mucoceles are benign in nature and just a cosmetic eyesore) and that shaving the bump down didn't exacerbate the problem.
