I am writing as a long-term patient of your practice to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent experience with your office. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes to speak with an operator, I was transferred to the billing department, placed on hold again, and then sent to voicemail. I called back and waited an additional 29 minutes. When someone finally answered, the call was disconnected before I was even able to speak. This was extremely frustrating, especially considering I was simply trying to resolve a billing question. My insurance indicates that I have no co-pay responsibility, yet I continue to receive repeated emails and letters requesting payment. Everyone at this clinic was so nice and helpful! First impression of the office was that it was very clean, and even smelled nice. The front desk staff was so kind and made the beginning of the experience much less stressful! Personal touches like getting up from her desk to bring me my ID and insurance card back while I filled out my new patient paperwork showed her kindness goes above and beyond! The P.A I saw was incredible at explaining treatment options and the risk and benefits of each one! Would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone with anxiety about going!!

Woman at the front desk was rude and unwilling to help me. I asked if they could tell me if anyone in the office takes our insurance and she was rude and would not even look at my card.
