Very clean and organized well. New furnishings in the waiting area that was comfortable. Reception personnel very nice and helpful. Shannon was great. She explained what she was doing and warned me before of something was going to hurt. She very gentle and even the tough spots were handled with much care and compassion. Highly recommended and deservedly so.

I love Derby Family Dentistry, everyone always makes you feel so welcome and are always kind considerate. I believe my hygienist name is Darcy, and she was amazing. She took the time to explain things to help me better take care of my teeth. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great dentist office.

I've used this practice for more than 20 years. My recent hygienist, Chantel, has excellent skills and bedside manner; I enjoy chatting with her. Dr Norden is a wonderful dentist, also with great bedside manner. I highly recommend Derby Family Dentistry for anyone needing dental care.

Caryn and Dr Stark always give great service. Caryn is my ride or die hygienist though so she has been my rock for a long time and I appreciate still being able to be her client. Derby Family Dentistry is awesome they have many great staff. Love this place!!!!

This was my first visit to DFD. I typically dread the dentist, like "no, nothing hurt until I came here", but the staff here is great and the hygienist Marci was the best I've ever had (at least 50 dentist visits in my adult life) - explained what she was doing, listened to my dental history, explored my teeth and asked questions, was very aware of sensitive areas, etc. I highly recommend this dentist's office - I've got a filling repair (from 23 years ago) in a few weeks and I'll try to remember to give an update after that visit, too.
