Every aspect of my appointment went smoothly and perfectly. From reception thru treatment, everyone was helpful, attentive and caring. Dr. Stigall was very professional, efficient, extremely competent, and very knowledgeable. Yet, she was friendly and down to earth, listened carefully, and understood my needs. I am very confident in her abilities.

Finding the office is like going through a maze. I was told by the Dr why. I like the Dr's thorough exam. I appreciated the tech spending time with me to get my history. I wish I could have been able to get online to do the paperwork. It takes a while to complete it because of my health history. The staff was very accommodating. Grateful I found them.

Dr. Landon Stigall was my physician. I was just a case. Luckily my MOHS surgery was simple. But I have worked with physicians a long time to know his demeanor was not about how simple my procedure was. He walked in. Said hello but didn’t even introduce himself. He immediately started talking to his assistant and not me to confirm lesion site. On the whiteboard on wall she was listed as nurse although she doesn’t have a nursing degree. She is a medical assistant. After the MOHS procedure he did not even come in to give results. He had her do it although it would have taken him 3 minutes tops. She verbally gave instructions not to change dressing for a week but gave written instructions to change it after 24 hours. He may be good but there are many good doctors out there. And many of the

UPDATE: I did hear from the Practice Manager and the Dermatologist after my review. I still do not agree with their practices and that I was not told they do not file for Annual Visits even though I made that clear when I called to make the appointment and when I checked in at my appointment, where I was asked to remove my clothing for a full skin check. That is in my experience, not a new patient visit as they view this. I hope this can be resolved as I am being billed $175 for something I have had each year at a Dermatologist that has been fully covered in the past. I went for an annual exam as a first time patient and told them it needed to be billed as such to insured it was covered. The doctor and staff are friendly, on time in my case, always offering a helping hand. They work very efficiently. Their care is stellar. I would recommend this office for kind and efficient care.
