The Dentists At Houston Westchase

I’ve only had two visits with The Dentist at Houston Westchase, my mom and grandmother have used them for a while now. Both visits were very pleasant and they made me feel very comfortable and heard. They make you feel like a real person instead of just a patient in a chair. I called one morning asking for a last minute emergency appointment and they were able to see me a few hours later. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and I left feeling confident in the treatment we talked about. I have finally found a great dentist I hope they don’t go anywhere!!!

The office is clean, modern, and very comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. I have been a patient at The Dentist at Houston WestChase since 2021 and have always had a positive experience with Dr. Robbins. She is warm, professional, and has made every dental visit comfortable. In all my time there, her gentle approach and friendly communication have put me at ease. Unfortunately, my most recent cleaning did not go as well. A different hygienist performed the cleaning, and I was disappointed by the experience. The hygienist seemed rushed and didn’t explain what she was doing. I could feel my gums being scratched and the cleaning felt much rougher than usual. At one point, I even winced from discomfort, and before I knew it, the appointment was over far too quickly. I left feeling sore and uneasy, which is not how I’ve ever felt after seeing Dr. Robbins or her team

I recently saw Dr. McRay for a dental issue that had been causing me a lot of discomfort and worry. From the moment I met him, he was kind, patient, and very thorough. He took the time to listen to what I had been experiencing and explained everything clearly, which helped me feel much more at ease. What I appreciated most was his calm and compassionate approach. Dental pain can be stressful, but Dr. McRay made me feel heard and cared for, and he carefully explained the possible causes and next steps. The staff was also friendly and professional, and the visit felt very well organized. I’m grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Ray to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, gentle, and caring dentist.

The place is incredible nice and very boujie. The staff is amazing and very welcoming. I enjoyed my visit cracking jokes with the doctors and making me feel like I’ve been going there for years. If you care about your teeth and your peace of mind. I highly recommend this place. I will be bringing everybody I know and their mothers
