I literally just called to speak with someone for help. When I was given the price I told her ‘I’d call around and get back to her’ because the price for the extraction wasn’t quite within my seeking range. She immediately cut me off and told me “okay that’s fine, I won’t waste your time or mine and hung up before I could say anything further. I definitely won’t be sitting in a dentist’ chair where I feel I couldn’t even be treated with respect over the phone. God bless

Called and the front desk was rude . Asked what time they normally closed and she said whenever we finish is when we’re closed . On to find better customer service

Google listing is misleading. They ARE NOT open 24 hrs. I called on a Sunday morning and they let me know they are not opened on weekends.

Only rated 1 star because that's the lowest. Rude, unprofessional, and probably a scam. They tell you the insurance covers the procedure, then at the office they don't know anything about it and you have to pay cash. Then they bill your insurance. Anywhere is better than this place. Update: this place is definitely a scam. Said they wouldn't bill me, but they did. Had to go to the bank to get it refunded. Found out they also charged my insurance and medicaid.

They are not open 24 hours. They only take calls 24 hours. Their times are limited and the name changed from. The Dentist Raleigh to Triangle Dentist. I drove over an hour because I had an tooth that broke in half. I should have not trusted the information on their site. Waste of time and money.
