The Dentist Place

I’ve never much like to go to dentist office. I get nervous when I have to go to the dentist. It’s just a normal reaction for me, but The Dentist Place made me feel relaxed. Everybody from the Doctor down were very nice attentive to the patient. Very cheery. Everybody had a good attitude from the front office all the way to the back that’s very important in the doctors office. I got excellent treatment from the doctor to the hygienist to the front office staff I can’t say enough of how a good and wonderful experience I had when I went there. They will always be my dentist office. I recommend them highly to whoever is looking for a new dentist in town.

When the thought of getting my teeth worked on, I was scared due to past experiences. The Dentist Place in Ocala was awesome, friendly, welcoming and made you aware of upcoming and out of pocket fees right at the start!! Not to mention the work is amazing and the dentist Adam Mustafa was the best I have ever had work on my teeth. When I needed fillings he really made sure I was numb and comfortable and they even put my music on to comfort the process. Thank you to everyone that helped my experience go much better!!

The staff are very kind and professional—from the front desk to the back. My only concern was that the appointment felt a bit drawn out, and they kept trying to add on extra services. I had to remind them that I only wanted what my insurance would cover repeatedly, Overall, they were courteous and helpful once that was clarified. My teeth felt great and I will definitely try them again!

I came in as a new patient to have my teeth cleaned. I finally get to the back of the examination room, after taking an hour’s worth of ex rays. The doctor comes in and says all that needs to be done and I said sure and we’ll talk about it later. He then asked Rhonda if I was going to clean my teeth? She replied “yes “. Rhonda started a bunch of paperwork. All of a sudden Rhonda says she’s doesn’t have time to do a deep cleaning, that we have to schedule another appointment. At this time I realized that I was dealing with a bad organization. I explained to her that I had taken time off of work just to get my teeth cleaned and she was too busy in the end. I left management a message to the effect of, I shouldn’t have to pay 100 bucks and no cleaning….I deserve a refund!!! Sincerely, Charlie

The assistant and Dr were both very nice. I get very anxious at the dentist, but they helped me to relax. They explained the plan that they are doing to help my smile. I would recommend this office !
