The Dental Pavilion and Implant Center

Unfortunately I can't recommend this dentist. I went today for a routine cleaning and waited 1 hour and 15 minutes past the scheduled time of my appointment to be called. There was no apology or acknowledgement of this issue from the staff. The cleaning I received was of poor quality. There was barely any effort to remove plaque, no flossing, and the polishing was done in a haphazard way. I could have stayed home and brushed my teeth for the same result.

I had been going to Dr Williams for several years. He is an outstanding, awesome, and qualified Dentist. For the most part his staff and reception personnel are as well. I have no idea who answered the phone earlier this month when I was in a serious emergency and needed help!!! I was told that I needed to make an appointment and as I explained/questioned “ what does one do in case of an emergency “, and again told that I must make an appointment, which by the way was damn near a month away. I asked could I be notified if any cancellation would have come up, and if I received a call, you did as well!!! To this day, NO ONE HAS CALLED. Fast forward, my Sister-in-law gave me a Dentist who took me the very next day, evaluated , medicated and referred me to another specialist who did another r

I have been going to Dr. Williams for many many years and I have read the comments, but let me tell you all something. Dr. Williams and his Assistant, the older lady that has been there forever are the best that ever did it. This Dentist Knows his job and does it damn good. He pulled my tooth out while he was talking to me about my job and I never knew he pulled it out. Every time I go there, for anything I'm totally satisfied. Now the price is a little high, but it's worth all the money in the world. Wish I could give u 10 stars.

Their equipment seemed outdated, but everyone was super kind and chatty. I really enjoyed getting to know them. But I was annoyed when they suggested a night guard and did not explain that they were going to make me a custom one that day and be charged $350 for it. It felt a bit sneaky. Wish there was a discussion and they asked my consent to make one/charge me. Overall it was a good experience minus the bonus charges.

This is the best dentist office I've been to. I am a long time patient and no matter which office I can get an appointment in, I'll continue to be a patient to Dr. Erik. The staff make you feel like your at home. I'll be seeing them soon hopefully lol.😊
