Working with Bethany was the best decision I've made in my concussion recovery! She taught me how to find and stay in my safe zone, while educating me on what my brain was doing and how to continue to let it heal. It was so refreshing to get to talk with her about what I was going through, finally I had found someone who understood all aspects of how this injury was affecting me and who could coach and encourage me in my recovery! She provided practical brain exercises to improve function and decrease the frequency and intensity of my symptoms. Bethany is a wealth of knowledge about concussions. I am a physical therapist who's kids got concussions in a car accident.
