My Rx is for .6ml every week. The pharmacy gives me four 1ml vials and says that should last me 6 weeks. Yes the math pans out until you read the label of the vial that says “SINGLE USE ONLY”. After reading into the CDC and FDA guidelines, it’s actually illegal to draw from a single use vial twice! I brought this up to the pharmacist who should be directing me to throw away the excess and use a new vial every draw. But he says he is smarter than me even though I had the CDC and FDA guidelines on me, and refuses to fill my Rx per the guidelines. I asked for a signed document saying that he is directing me to use a single dose vial for multiple draws and he refused and said, “Use a different pharmacy”. So that’s what I’ll do. Can only leave voice mail when calling and it does not get returned. The automated system stopped recognizing phone number. The app password recovery takes forever to send MFA code and when it does it is expired.

The staff is always helpful. Medications are filled promptly. I’ve never had any problems.

Understaffed but helpful and nice. Try to avoid going at peak hours after work or you will spend 30 minutes in line to pick up your prescription. That said, the pharmacy is well stocked and I am able to get all my prescriptions in one place without issue.

Friendly and patient. Were extremely helpful in filling a hard to track down medication. They came through for me! Pro tip, Smith's uses the seemingly least common wholesale RX distribution company in Davis County, Cardinal Health.
