The Compounding Pharmacist

The doctor I went to for the first time sent my prescription to this pharmacy. The doctor said they will deliver. When I wasn’t getting it in a timely fashion, I called the pharmacy. I asked the woman who answered if they had my prescription and was it on the way. She said yes they had my prescription but they don’t deliver, only mail prescriptions. I said ok I guess I’ll have to wait. I waited four days and no prescription. I called again, Kevin got on the line and said they were waiting for me to call back and give them my address and pay $70. Why oh why didn’t the first person tell me that. When a person is in need of their meds, trust me you don’t want to deal with someone who doesn’t know exactly what they are doing, and gives bad information when you call.

Kevin and the team go above and beyond! Always kind, polite, and thorough with follow-ups. They quickly fill my Yorkie’s prescription and, if refills run out, they proactively contact our vet to ensure there’s no delay. Now that we’re out of town, they ship to Delaware promptly and hassle-free. Not many pharmacists are this diligent—highly recommend!

The Pharmacist was very nice and through until I told him I didn't want the medicine due to the cost. then he proceeded to tell me he wont transfer my prescription to another pharmacy, and as someone whose worked at a pharmacy for 6 years, I know for a fact hes not allowed to say that. I got my prescription somewhere else for half the cost.

Had to fill a hard-to-find Rx for my mother. No drug store pharmacies had it. This pharmacist {named Kevin, I hope I recall correctly) was able to prepare the medication quickly, and even stayed a little late while I headed over to pick it up. Can't ask for more than that!
