The receptionist is not kind or accommodating. My grandma used this vet from 2013 until her passing. I inherited a sweet cat from my grandmother. The office staff made it very challenging for me to try to transfer care to my vet, even after I explained my situation (their office is not conveniently located for me). They were not kind or understanding. And, after looking through my grandma's receipts from this vets office, I can confidently say that they over charge.

This has the best veterinary staff around. They are so thorough but don't push unnecessary tests or treatments. In fact, they steered us away from surgery to a brace instead and it has been amazing. Probably one of the more reasonably priced vets too. I moved further away from here but will still continue to drive the extra distance to bring all my pets to Dr Marianne and staff.

We really miss this vet. They took such good care of our cats for years. We moved to Lancaster and still haven't found anyone comparable.

I just adopted a little mixed breed puppy and she needed her first shots n check up. Well, my little Lily found herself in the hands of their very kind, who spoken and patient vet. As with covid, you are not allowed in thebuilding with your fury little friends. They bring you an iPad and you FaceTime the entire appointment. I was bedside myself known I couldn't help my Lily through her shots and physical exam. But the vet was kind n kept the atmosphere very light and pleasant. She answered all my billion questions and left Lily back in my care in no time. I deff recommend this animal hospital for you special friends.

We love it here. Friendly staff and Dr. Mariann is awesome! She takes her time with you, never feel rushed, she answers all your questions and concerns. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else.
