I had an awesome experience at Cocalico Dental! The receptionists were welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Jen and Doctor Pranckun were friendly, informative, and thoughtful! I really appreciated how they took time to listen and explained all possible options for a treatment plan. I have had dental anxiety for years but walked out feeling different from dental visits in the past from other providers.
I just had my wisdom teeth removed last week, and I was extremely nervous going into it. If you have high anxiety like me, I highly recommend IV sedation for wisdom teeth removal. Once they placed the IV and administered the medication, I don’t remember anything at all. The next thing I knew, I was already home. It felt like I had just woken up from a long nap. Cocalico Dental truly goes above and beyond for their patients. I highly recommend them. They make sure you are comfortable every step of the way and explain everything clearly with openness and honesty. Everyone there is incredibly kind and caring, which made me stay here for my dentist needs. Though they don't take my insurance, I will still choose to keep coming back here.
I am an extremely terrified dental patient. The Dentist and Hygienist are outstanding in their caring ways. They personalize my treatment to help me relax as much as possible. The techniques that they use are kindness, gentleness and compassion. I searched for a very long time to find a Dental practice that would understand my dental needs. This is a wonderful Dental practice!!
Dr. Pranckun was incredible—kind, professional, and so patient. He took the time to explain every step of the appointment, which really helped ease my dental anxiety. I’ll definitely be a regular patient! He’s even got a great sense of humor. ☺️ His staff and everyone I met were just as wonderful.
Great place, staff was friendly and professional, Dr. Pranckun was incredible—kind, professional, and so patient, explained every step of the way. Their iv sedation method also helps a lot with the discomfort and anxiety. No one likes going to the dentist but they make it a lot easier ☀️
