The Christ Hospital Outpatient Center - Mason

I'm being treated here and it seems good to me, but they need to improve communication and know that they made an appointment with a long-time client and they know the office has been moved to another location.Hoping they have better communication and Hoping that the patient does not find the office closed when he is called.

The front desk lady was rude and unhelpful. I was calling about the possibility of getting my blood work done before my annual well check up appointment because that’s what my previous doctor Jagtap always did before and that’s more efficient (Dr.Jagtap left Christ Hospital and I loved her!) and the front desk lady was snappy at me telling that the new doctor is doing differently than Dr. Jagtap. I was shocked by the volume of her voice and I felt it’s not the right way to treat a patient. Very disappointed.

I met with a new doctor, the appointment was informative and all my needs were met.
