I give Children’s Tooth Spa a 10/10! The experience there is truly amazing nothing like I’ve ever seen before. I even have a 20 year old son, so I’ve been through plenty of dental visits with kids over the years, and this place stands out. The entire staff is so kind, patient, and welcoming. My children feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed every time we come in, which means everything as a parent. You can tell they truly care about the kids and the families they serve. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a positive dental experience for their children!

I came in with my niece Aubrey the other week. We had a wonderful experience. Stephanie was amazing. Dr. Abby was great. Everyone made her feel super comfortable. The office was very clean and inviting. Stephanie explained everything she was doing in detail and put Aubrey at ease. The sugar free lollipop at the end was the icing on the cake. We can't wait for the next visit!

A NIGHTMARE!!! For five years we were patients at Children’s Tooth Spa. This clinic was recommended to us by our pediatrician. We came for regular checkups and cleanings. At our last visit, my son had a Silver Diamond Fluoride procedure, and we were advised to remove two loose lower front baby teeth where permanent teeth were already erupting. One of the permanent teeth had grown so much that it was forming a second row, so we agreed. We were told the procedure would be completely painless, and that was a key factor in our decision. X-rays were taken only of those two loose teeth with the erupting permanent teeth behind them. My son was given topical numbing gel, and about five minutes later Dr. Jennifer Pinero, DMD came in. The first tooth was removed easily. For the second tooth, anest

I entered into the children’s tooth spa with what I would consider a difficult case. 3 children ages 12 to 2. One of which needed some very extensive work done. I was incredibly nervous for my child to go under anesthesia. I was embarrassed his teeth had gotten so bad. I was also new to the city and didn’t have any recommendations from a known trusted source on who my children should go to. We went to two other dentists in the city prior to visiting children’s tooth spa. The kid’s first appointment went really well. Upon meeting Dr Jenny she was very open to answering all of my questions. She made me feel very confident in her work and attention to detail. The office was busy but I absolutely did not feel rushed. The staff even helped with my other kids while I discussed the work my son ne

As a mother currently looking for a dentist for my child, I can confidently say that after reading this review, I now know exactly where we will NOT be going. As an outside observer, what is described here is deeply concerning. A medical clinic — especially one working with children — is expected to provide safety, professionalism, and accountability. The situation outlined suggests a serious failure in patient care and communication. I want to sincerely support the person who shared this experience. It takes courage to speak openly about mistreatment, particularly when it involves healthcare providers. Your honesty helps other parents make informed decisions. Based on what has been described, this clinic appears to lack transparency and proper responsibility in handling patient concern
